As Martyn Jackson marks an impressive 20 years at IPRS Group, the organisation takes pride in reflecting on a remarkable journey of innovation, excellence, and collective achievement.

IPRS Group, a UK leader in a number of diverse healthcare services, has flourished under the visionary guidance of Martyn since his arrival in 2004. The two decades have been characterised by strategic leadership, transformative initiatives, and the establishment of IPRS Group as an award-winning powerhouse in the healthcare sector.

Strategic Leadership

Martyn has been the driving force behind IPRS Group's strategic initiatives, consistently steering the company toward success in an ever changing and dynamic market. From navigating industry shifts to pioneering ground-breaking solutions.

The two-decade journey has been marked by numerous milestones, with IPRS Group achieving unprecedented growth, having turned over £3.4m in 2004 to now being a £35m+ organisation. Martyn has overseen the diversification of IPRS Group’s services with the development of repatriation services, medical assessment services, the development of award-winning Mental Health services building on IPRS’s physiotherapy services and its long-term relationship with Biodex around its equipment distribution and servicing.

The group went under a significant rebrand in 2016 with the company being split into 4 separate divisions: IPRS Health, IPRS Aeromed, IPRS Mediquipe and PFAS, with each delivering unique healthcare services.

Each company has seen significant growth since then in part testament to market-leading product innovation, such as being the first UK physiotherapy provider to launch Virtual Physiotherapy and progressive use of Digital and smart phone solutions across its mental health services.

These accomplishments are a testament to the collective efforts of IPRS Group's team guided by Martyn's vision.

As Martyn continues to lead IPRS Group, there is a shared sense of anticipation for the future with the company remaining poised for sustained growth and innovation.
