IPRS Health named Best Employers!

IPRS Health are delighted to have been named Best Employer at the 2018 East Anglian Daily Times Business Awards sponsored by Pure Resourcing and Birketts LLP.

The judges of the award were looking for Suffolk's Best Employer that achieves success by putting its people first. 

They looked for evidence of ongoing learning/development, reward/recognition, health/wellbeing and positive staff values. According to the lead judge, IPRS Health were head and shoulders above other companies including 3 fellow shortlisted companies. The evidence used included "scouting" on social media, observing current job vacancies being advertised (along with noting the employee benefits included) and an hour’s "interview" with senior staff.

The award ceremony was attended by Managing Director Marc Holl, HR Manager Sophie Hughes, Referral Management Team Leader Grace Boggis and Customer Service Advisor Kate Goodrum. Everyone was clearly delighted with the award and had a great evening.

Marc said of the award, “I must admit when I saw the list of organisations we were up against, some much larger than ourselves I was quite nervous of how we could match them but when the judges gave their feedback on us an employer, it was clear we are a Best Employer with the best employees and this should be celebrated!”

Sophie added, “What an absolutely lovely evening we had at last night’s EADT Suffolk Business Awards. The evening started off with a champagne or two, great food and wonderful company, however it was completely topped off when we were awarded the award for Best Employer. I was so thrilled and honoured to collect the award with Marc Holl and felt overly proud to work for such a great company. To have staff that enjoy working for IPRS Health and then be recognised for that by an external judge is an absolute pleasure. We have all worked hard to get where we are today and I am very grateful to have been a part of that journey.”

Grace said, “I had a fantastic night, meeting some interesting people running great businesses across Suffolk. Our table was the table of winners, 3 in total, for customer care, innovation and the best employer. I can’t thank IPRS enough for the opportunity to attend, it was greatly appreciated.”
