Live Well Plus

Live Well Plus builds on our standard Live Well health assessment by providing individuals with wearable device which is worn for 3 or more days to get a deep insight into their health status. This assessment combines the Live Well assessment, offering a more comprehensive, detailed health screening.

How it works?

Live Well Plus combines the standard Live Well screen with a 3 or more day wearable assessment, which looks at:

• Lifestyle and stress management
• Activity levels
• Heart rate fluctuations
• Thorough sleep analysis
• Goal setting

The device will also link to data that the member supplies such as exercise, nutrition and alcohol consumption, for example, you can see how much alcohol will impact on valuable sleep. Upon return of the device, the data is analysed, and a report is generated, after which a follow up lifestyle phone call is booked. Results and goals can then be discussed further.

Who is it designed for?

This type of screening can be provided for a single person, for a team, department or a company. All our screens are appropriate for anyone to participate in and are particularly beneficial to those who may be in high stress, high risk jobs and those who are not recovering from efforts they are putting into their job.
