Move Well

Focusing on the body and functional movement, our Move Well service offers a functional capacity assessment, allowing individuals to have a greater understanding of their bodies abilities and understanding recommended changes made by qualified physiotherapists. Move Well can be linked to a particular role for example as a pre-employment screen, can be used as an annual physical check for a workforce or can be used to allow your staff members to know more about themselves and how to make changes. It is also ideal for company/corporate wellness days. 

How it works?

Our Move Well service is built around a number of screens to test the health of employees:

• Neck
• Back
• Shoulder
• Knees
• Hand Grip

We educate all employees on the importance of discuss posture and answer any questions they may have. All employees are provided with exercises to help manage any issues.

The Move Well health assessment takes 30 minutes to complete, with each individual receiving a report and the organisation receiving a detailed report on the overall physical health of their employees.
