Self-Guided CBT

Self-Guided CBT is an innovative, interactive and engaging programme delivered via bespoke psycho-educational and skills-based resources. The programme provides a safe and secure environment which can be personalized to the patient. It is accessible via desktop and smartphone, meaning it is available at a time and place that suits the patient.

How it works?

Following a Mental Health Assessment, if the patient requires Self-Guided CBT they will be provided with the materials to do this to enable them to begin their journey to recovery immediately. 

Patients are provided with:

• Access to myIPRSHealth.com, our online self-help site
• Interactive Workbooks
• Access to the IPRS Health App
• Support from Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP)

The content is designed to be motivational, easy to use, and interactive with relevance to the unique requirements of the patient.
