IPRS TherapyToday, in partnership with Limbic, allows us to deliver seamless access to mental health services for our patients, enabling them speedy access to assessment to reduce waiting times for appropriate treatment.
Limbic is an Artificial Intelligence (AI) assistant for patients and clinicians throughout the care pathway. Limbic Access assists self-referrals and drives service efficiencies around robust and clinically accurate assessments.
Following referral into IPRS Health, patients are sent a link to their IPRS TherapyToday assessment. The assessment is presented in a chatbot format and compassionately guides the user through a series of questions about the feeling they are experiencing.
The assessment is easy to complete and takes around 10 minutes with a loading bar at the top of the screen indicating the user's progress. Following the assessment, the user is referred for a short phone or video call with an IPRS Health mental health professional to discuss their treatment options. This call will take place on the next working day.
